The phases of our activity range from the formalization of the mandate and the job description to the screening of curricula, up to the selection interview. By choosing and analyzing the most appropriate channels, we aim to identify the ideal candidate, also making use of the support of innovative tools capable of reducing the time and risk of entering the resource.

Furthermore, ECO Next offers a training course for companies, which is aimed at managers and supervisors and introduces them to the objectives, the procedures and the phases of the selection process, in order to manage the different stages of candidate assessment and the sharing of feedback in an effective and independent way.
The course is divided into three parts: assessment and structure of the professional profile, selection process and selection interview. The aim is to provide methods apt to analyse the needs of the company and to manage the whole selection and assessment process by means of observation techniques and interview management.
