TRAINING FOR SAFE AND SPORTS DRIVING
ECO Next organises safe driving courses for private persons and companies which are the best way to gain all the knowledge you need in order to always travel safely in specific traffic conditions or work situations.
The training that teaches safe driving consists in simulating specific driving situations in a motor vehicle that lead to a certain behaviour. In addition to these conditions, we also organise custom-tailored tests on special circuits according to the customer’s specifications, which also allow the examination of the following aspects:
- Detection and diagnosis of anomalies;
- Measurement of component deterioration;
- Objective measurements such as performance and fuel consumption, indoor noise, braking distances.
KILOMETRE ACCUMULATION
During the development of new vehicles, or during the evaluation of alternative components, durability tests can be performed on cars, motorbikes, heavy duty and agricultural vehicles, based on customer specifications or other required characteristics.
The data that we collect in the different conditions during the accumulation test allow us to gather information about
- Lifetime of chassis and engine/gearbox unit;
- Fatigue test;
- Tyre analysis and deterioration test;
- Summer test;
- Decision tests;
- OBD monitoring.
During the endurance tests periodic inspections are carried out to collect data regarding,
- periodic inspection of the engine control unit;
- engine oil consumption;
- performance;
- temperature and pressure measurements;
- static inspections and dynamic controls;
- tyre wear, deterioration of brake pads and discs;
- characteristic angles on the test bench;
- clutch pedal, travel and load measurement;
- ground clearance;
- subjective assessment according to SAE scale (engine, gearbox).
